Refund policy

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

As a beauty brand, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, or if the product has been opened or used.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jolietopia@hotmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product showing the issue

Once verified, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order will already be processing with our dropshipping partners and cannot be canceled.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at jolietopia@hotmail.com.

  • We will work with our suppliers and carriers to resolve the issue and, if confirmed lost, issue a refund or send a replacement.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Skincare, makeup, and personal care products once opened

  • Clearance or sale items
